Steps To Follow If An Accident Occurs

  1. STOP, stay calm. Do not leave the scene.

  2. ASSIST injured and call law enforcement authorities. Repeat every 5 minutes if necessary.

  3. Do NOT hastily pay or accept payment from other party.

  4. Secure names, addresses, insurance and vehicle information of other parties and witnesses.

  5. Make a rough drawing or take pictures of accident scene showing vehicle positions.

  6. Have your vehicle taken to Phil Fitts Ford & Lincoln and notify your insurance company that our shop will be doing your repairs.
